Keynote Indicator_NCS 27 Not Showing on Sheets

I am having issue with the Keynote library part in V27. It shows fine on the view, but once that view is placed on a sheet it along with the arrow disappear. Layer is on in the combination, and phase is set correctly but only these items on the layer are missing on the sheet. I have exhausted every option and nothing changes. Any suggestions welcomed.

So when you open the Source View from the Layout, they show?

Correct. The two images show the source view and the layout.

You have forced a rebuild, and I assume since then that you have reopened the project? Tried re-placing the View? The Pens in the two images are different, so something is not showing what it should be...

It was a combination of pens and graphic overrides. I have not used AC for about 8 years and the template I have is also about that old. Thanks for the whack upside the head.
