Labels for Objects names (library part)

Not applicable
Hello everyone!

I’m new to the community, so please be kind

i tried to search for an associated label that gives back the object name and i would like to know if anyone here knows how to do this or has something that works this way. i would also like to know how to create a list with text from the object, in order to have automatic listing of my projects, is it possible for you? i’m kind of new (3 years working with archicad) but never tried anything with gel scripting!

Thank you for any feedback!

The 'Generic Label' will allow you to show the object name - other items can be turned off if you don't want them.
Once you have it set up as you want save it as a favourite so you can use it again and transfer it to other files.

Not quite sure what you mean here but you can create an Interactive Schedule that will list any of the values of any parameters in an object.
No GDL required.
Just need to set up a schedule to find the objects you want (set the requirements in the 'Criteria" section), and then in the 'Fields" section you can ADD object parameters.

I only have the AUS version so can't be sure yours is the same.
But in 16 there is an 'Object' label that can be configured to show the object name.

Also add your Archicad version and operating system you your signature in the 'Profile' link at the top of this page.
That way it will show in every post you make.
Otherwise we will assume you are working with the latest version unless you tell us.
