Library manager reloads library w/ every object placed

I need some expertise with this, everytime I place an object in model in Archicad 13 my library manager reloads the whole library every time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cut and paste to a clean open project and tried about every trick I can think of. If I open the same project on a different workstation the issue does not happen. Any suggestions?

what do you mean "place an object" ?

- If you are mounting a new object to the project it have to reload libraries.
this is normal to Archicad.

- Otherwise if you are placing an object already in loaded libraries and it reloads the libraries then it is a problem.
