If you want the sunshade to be associated to the roof, it would have to be a 'skylight' object.

But i doubt there is a sunshade that has been created as a skylight object.

If using just a regular object, then all you can do is cut a hole in the roof.

Then manipulate the position of the sunshade object in plan, section, 3D.

If the sunshade object does not allow you to change the pitch (slope) to match the roof, then that creates a small problem.

Convert it into a morph and you can rotate it to suit - but you will now find it hard to edit the sunshade if you need to make changes.

Or search in BIMComponents for a 'Rotator' object (I think it can be found there).

This will allow you rotate the sunshade object (but I can't remember if you can still manipulate the sunshade settings or not - been years since I have used it).

Thanks Barry.  I have one more question. Is there any way than I can create 3 stair with the stair tool? The minimum of the stair is 13.

Barry my problem is resolved. Forget the above question. Thank you very much

OK we will all ignore the stair question.

But if you have another question that is not related to your original post, please create an new topic so it can be discussed separately.
