Modelling Gabion (steel mesh)

Hi guys,
Do we have any solution to model the gabion box which can be adjusted the size without changing the scale of it?
For example in my attached image, I just model the object with slab and column or morph and then convert it into an object. The ideal situation is that there is a flexibility in parameter to change the size of the steel mesh.
it would be perfect if you guys can help me or suggest the solution.

Thanks

  • Either you remodel it

  • Either you use ArchiCAD - Grasshopper live link to make the different gabion sizes without modifying its scale
  • A good friend of mine have once told me that I´m so brute that I´m capable of creating a GDL script capable of creating GDLs.

I would have been tempted to just model it as two boxes with the exterior one having an alpha that matches the desired grid.
