Just curious...read one of the threads and it said that only in the UK and to subscribers was the "Modular Joinery" objects available? wondered if it was built into AC18 already?

Rob:

If you have the GS subscription active, you can download it from bimcomponents.com. there was one for V17 if I remember correctly.

Using the Architects license key just go into the window tool settings and type "Modular Joinery" into the search box.
It should find the object in BIM Components and you can then download it.

I can see the window but I have no option to download it - even though I do have an SSA - but not with Graphisoft UK.

Strange Barry ... because I am using an AUS subscription and I can download it (v18).

I have also done so in the past with v17 I believe..

Very good object. Only downside if I remember correctly is that I couldn't pick a sliding window panel. Kind of important in our market.

Speaking of windows ... where is the much hyped Australian Essentials door and window tool. Last Essential library came with a note that it will come with the next issue in 8 weeks ... that was in September?

Yes it looks quite good and I already have it from about version 15 I think.
But of no use to me because as you say no sliding window option.

Who knows!
GS AUS have probably forgotten that they promised an update.
I seem to remember waiting for about a year for one of the essential libraries once.
Thankfully they are not so 'essential' for me.
