When closed, the doors will form music practice rooms, when open will allow the area to be used for other purposes, the track will be on the ceiling so that nothing is on the floor.

You might make a custom line style similar to following image. As far a showing a door in it, use more 2D linework or check online and see if your manufacturer or any manufacturer has details.

THANKS, what you suggested is exactly NOT what the architect wants to see, I had that in the beginning and he hated it....so we are going back and forth about perhaps me learning what is in his head so it can be put on paper!

AFAIK the "usual" way to show this condition in plan is: as ceiling track(s) in dashed linework and then show the wall panels in solid linework stacked in their stored position at the end of the ceiling track line. As far as showing a door in a moveable wall, you might havea secondary floor plan, perhaps an enlarged one just for this purpose.
