North Symbol 12

I am not able to change the diameter of this symbol in AC12 library. I assume this can be solved by modifying the GDL script. I can change the 'N' letter size though. Appreciate help in this area.

Dave:

I did not look into the scripts of the part to see what is going on, but was able to change the size by using the "Scale independent" option rather than the "Scale with plan" option.

I also could not get the "Scale with Plan" to change size when first opening the dialog box for the north arrow, but could with "scale independently".

However, found that once I placed the north object arrow, I could manually scale the north arrow with the "Scale to plan" option with arrow highlighted but could not with the "scale independently" Not a big deal, but thought that kinda odd.
Is that clear as mud?

Thanks Gentlemen:

One odd thing I noticed is the Unit (paper size) has to be set to "mm" for the change in size to respond.

I am puzzled why Graphisoft made what used to be a straight forward parametric change to a little bit more confusing 'advance' in software performance.

GS acknowledged this bug a few weeks ago - fix may be in the first patch. I've been using the 11 north symbol for now...

Thanks Karl. That's good to know. I am using the AC 11 North Arrow as well.
