Your objects are using an 'Empty' fill in the plan view.
The empty fill only uses the 'background' pen, which in your case is black.
Normally it would be a white pen or the screen background pen (-1) or no pen at all (0).
I would be guessing that you have a custom template or custom pen set, where the pen that is used for the background pen (19 or 91 depending on the language version) and is usually a white pen, is actually black in your current pen set.
Either change pen sets or alter the existing one to make that pen white again.
Otherwise you will have to alter every object that you place.

Thanks Barry. When using the elevation tool and opening the current view, it doesn't display the wall view.

If that is a new question, please create a new post and supply some images to help explain your issue. I would also advise adding a signature with your AC version and computer specs much like mine or Barry's. See the link in mine if you would like more information on creating one.
