Objects on BIMComponents are for Archicad 16 Only?

All the objects on BIMComponents seems to be useful only for Archicad 16. Is it right?

The BIMComponents.com Portal is integrated with ArchiCAD: you can search for objects on the Portal directly from Object Settings Dialogs and download and embed them without going to the portal.
You can also upload objects to the Portal from ArchiCAD.
It is also possible to drag an object from the Portal and drop it onto ArchiCAD so it is downloaded and embedded into the Projects.

Earlier AC versions did not have this functionality.

I seem to remember that we could drag and drop. I think I even remember draging and dropping from AutoCAD into ArchiCAD for a while.
