Open selected object

Hi,

Is it possible to use the "Libraries and Objects > Open object" command with a selected wall? The command works with selected "objects", but when I select a wall, or a door, run the Open Objects command I am presented with a dialogue box asking me to select an object from a Library file to open.

I would like to be able to "Open Objects" on a selected wall to see the parameters of the particular selected wall. One reason to see those parameters is to try to select from among them to use with Master Script's "Label Everything" tool.

Thanks for any guidance

A wall is not an object and does not have object parameters.
It is not created by a GDL script so therefore can not be opened.
All of its settings can be seen in the settings dialogue box.

Only objects, doors, windows, stairs, skylights & labels themselves are GDL objects.
