Pipe modeling in slope.

When modeling horizontal pipes, it is possible to use the "Offset Edge" command to move the desired pipe so that the fittings and other connected pipes are automatically modified, in the following image that shows how it would look.

However, when the modeled pipes are inclined, if the same command is used, only the selected pipe is moved, that is, separated from the rest, in the following images of that case.

Is it possible to achieve the same effect as with the "Offset Edge" command in the case of horizontal pipes by means of certain settings or by using some other routine during this type of editing?
