Placing external drawing: the text

Hello all,
Why the text in the drawing gets very tiny so seem to be disappear on the screen (view from the navigator; the project map and publisher set) when the drawing scale is larger?
What to do to get the text automatically adjusted?

ci73, I don't know if this is what you are after but you call select the scalablity of text to in the text box. This will either keep it at a fixed size or will scale if you print your drawings out at a different scale to the scale of the saved view.

The resizes itself so that if the drawing is printed at that scale,. the text will print the same size as it did the at another scale. From a drafting/consistency standpoint, it's an incredibly useful function.

How many times do you hear this from a new user or ex-Autocadder?

The text isn't changing size at all, the model is!

Cheers,

Thank you all, I'll try more setup on the DXF-DWG Translation then perhaps I'll get the idea

Got this at the back of my mind: because Layout Navigator enables scaled placement, and with pdf expansion, why then there is not a straight forward feature of drawing placement (e.g re-using drawings or integrating scaled scanned-in sketches).

Link: I never hear (erm:read) anything like this (I googled for a couple of days before giving up and ask for help) so I don't know if they either new ArchiCAD user or previously AutoCAD user I choose to try what's currently on offer, as anyone is a new user when whatever next version is published
