Not sure where the best place to post this question is, but since this is GDL related...
I'm trying to install the latest GDL 10 Plugin in OSX 10.4.7 (all the latest updates) running on a MacBook Pro (Intel) box. The problem is that the installation freezes and never completes.
I tried running the installer directly from the package to see the log output, and it appears to get the the Java error shown below right at the point it freezes.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

is it downloaded from graphisoft? there are problems with their installers running on intel machines - even if the files it's installing are able to run under rosetta.
if you're confident, install on a PPC machine and drag the installed content across to their respective places on the intel machine manually . . .
