Showing hatch in 2d

Hi,

If I have a slab which is having an edge higher then other as shown in figure (3d) and I have to show that element in 2d as shown in figure (2d). Is there any command or set of commands I can use to get that effect using GDL? I want to show hatch from highest z value to lowest z value.
