Slab accessories no longer working in AC 27

We just noticed that Ceiling Grid-USA 17 slab accessory no longer associates with the slab it is attached to in AC 27 build 5003. We rely on this accessory working to create our ceiling grids and have used it for years. After testing other slab accessories I find that all exhibit the same behavior. 

Slab accessories require the "Goodies" add-on from GS which we have installed, but I see that it has not been updated since September 27, 2003.

Anyone else notice this and have a fix?

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon 14 Sonoma

I'll add that roof accessories are also broken, so this appears to be related to all accessories.
