Just Google for 3D model... SketchUp import is built-in. For 3DS import, you'll need to go to the Help menu to find the download link for the 3DS import 'goodie' add-on.

Beware of high polygon count models. Since there are several above... you might also install the PolyCount add-on 'goodie' so that you can check the polygon count of the imported models to see which one uses the fewest polygons for an acceptable appearance.
Also, read the Help Center article on converting imported objects to Morphs for further smoothing and fine tuning of 2D and 3D appearance.

Does anybody know where I can find a solid model of a 747 that I can use on my plans? I needs to be scalable.

The prior information I received is about as clear as mud. After trying to decider the information and downloading a model I still can't get it into Archicad. 3 hours of fooling around all for naught.

I've merged the duplicate topics. Please do not post into a Wish forum unless there is no way to achieve something in ArchiCAD. This is a library part question, one of how to import 3d content from other sources.
If you have questions/problems on how to do that, please search...lots of detailed answered over the years...and ask about the steps that are problematic.
