Special Edition Library-Copy Door parameters to a diff. door

Prior to using the SE Library....

I was able to set all my parameters for a door (say D1): line types, offsets, trim, frame thickness, etc. "eyedropper" the door in plan to copy the attributes...... then open a new door "settings window", ... and "inject" the parameters into a different style door (say D2). Worked great.

But It doesn't work with the SE library. Any work arounds or am I doing something wrong?

Are you using both the regular and SE libraries? Or just the SE?

Just the SE. It's the Parameter Transfer within the SE library thats not working.

I just found this:
http://www.graphisoft.com/support/archicad/downloads/library_updates/usa.html

and I'll see if it solves the problem. I'm using the 1st version of SE lib.

Thanks

Actually, parameter transfers using the eyedropper work great in the SE 9 library, it was one of the few things I really liked about the new library. However, I was working with the latest version and the older version may not functioned properly. Download the most current version and try again, I think you will find it works fine.

Kind of a New question, but what is the latest SE Library? With PC, I have selected the Properties of the SE PLA file (See Attached). This PLA extracted from a download of "AC9 Library Special Edition.zip" that I downloaded on Nov. 4, 2005. The Extracted files seem to have been created on Oct. 3, 2005 and the PLA has a Written By: AC 9.0(1812).

Is this the Latest US AC SE 9 Library?

No worries now. The update solved the issue (but I had a bit of hassle to find some missing objects in my master template).

Jay... did you check the dates here?:
