Stacked windows not ok with swing display

Hi,
I have two stacked windows and in order to show the wallhole lines on the plan view I need to torn off scale sensitivity for the lower stacked window. However this yields no disply of 2D-swing for that window. Any ideas out there? I need stacked windows because they will be ordered like that (orders from the builder).
