TEXT I/O - user chooses path

Hello,

I want to create a file that can write to a folder location that is selected by the user.

I understand that there is FULLPATH, LIBRARY and DIALOG but what is the best way for the user to choose the folder path to create the file?

I don't seem to get a Dialog prompt other than when I first check the script. Is this how it's supposed to work?

Unfortunately it is a feature of this...(I do not like that as well)

Is there a way get the file to write into the embedded library?
