The zone area does not extend to the edge of the window

Hi everyone,

I ran into a problem that for some reason the zone area does not extend to the edge of the window. I tried several window types, but that didn't help either.

I have tried adjusting the zone settings, but nothing has changed.

What could be the problem?

Operating system used: Windows

Maybe it could be because the sill of the windows is too high and/or the wall is not receased from the rest (inset).
