Triple Sash Casement window panes not showing

I am modifying a triple sash casement window object.  I can modify the  "Panes Number" in the settings (see image, where each sash is set to 2x2) and it will show me the correct preview for the object in the Settings menu (see settings image preview), but the window itself does not update in the model.  See left side of the image where that same window is selected and not updated.  Nothing seems to adjust this and no panes display in 3d or in elevation view.  They do show in plan view.  How do we fix this?

Plan view shows grids on.  I made them thicker than the glass setting, but no luck.

Look at Model View Options (MVO) > Detail Level of Door, Window and Skylight Symbols > Window > 3D and Section/Elevation > Full (not Simplified or Schematic).

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
