You could get one of the posts from that library (by changing to morph) and combine it with the picture frame object with that image file to get something to look like it. Or if it is wall mounted, just use the picture frame object.

Sadly that Library does not have that sign. I have that Library already and was hoping someone had made one already to save me the bother.

Looks like I will have to do it myself then

Ah sorry, if I was unclear: I mean place one of the wrong road signs, convert to morph, delete the unwanted sign, keep the post and use the picture frame object from the library with the image file you put in your post. Combine it with the morph and you have a similar solution, right? You can save it as an object after that if you want
