Unequal window lites

I can't seem to make a double hung window that has unequal lites, such as are shown here in a line drawing version of what I'm looking for.

Is there a library object that allows tweaking on such parameters? Suggestions?

Currently, we're making the View into a drawing then editing it, but you can imagine how time consuming and terrible a solution this is, esp. when updates are required.

Have you tried ganging three double hung windows
having the sizes you want ?

The "W Single Hung3" has the ability to do this. I realize you are looking for a double hung window but I have used the single hung in this situation because it looks the same. I just set it up to list as a double hung unit. This is an AC9 window.
