Ben's right about there being a C-channel in the Archicad Object Library. I'm not aware of any objects for corrugated decking... is that an Accessory?

There's a 'Corrugated Sheet` and `Profiled Sheet` under Cladding in 09 Finishes...

you shouldn't have to download them - they will be installed by default as a part of the archicad object library - as are the steel sections you are after too.

in your help menu you should have a library guide for your archicad/library version. get to know it!

There's also the "Find library parts" option in object settings dialogue. Get to know this one too.
