Where do I set up what archicad choose for color in library items ??

Hiii!

where do I set up what archicad choose for color in library items ?? 

I have an issue with pen setting/library pen settings. for some reason the archicad set up everything to be Green color ... I know I can change it manually how the item looks like BUT I want to change  automatically that the green is black, for every single item.....

You will need to create a Pen Set where pens 24, 104 are black.
