I really like the concept of the custom components function - but I just can not make it work?!
I have no problem creating my components (door panels in this case), but when I want to use them, they do not appear as an option in my parameters list.
To be sure i have reloaded the objects - and I even have them in all my .lib files.
Any ideas?

Check that you used the correct custom panel subtype.

When you open a library part ctrl/cmd+shift+O you click on the button 'select subtype'
