First time this has ever happened to me. I'm using the latest build 5014.
I selected all windows in my building on one storey to alter the size of the Window Label text (Builder Dimension). This was the only parameter I altered. After some considerable non-responsive time, all the windows have been resized to be the same window and the same size.
Argghhhhhh!
