Window Casing, Sills and Sash

I have a Casement window that I have adjusted to match the dimensions of an actual Marvin window. I have set the Library part to "Stud Wall with Siding" to be able to adjust my frame depth etc. I would like to have a 3-1/2" casing all the way around the window. I had the sill off, and wanted to show just the frame and the casing below, but if I do that the casing goes on top of the frame. If I turn the sill on, it automatically extends out through the jamb casing instead of stopping at the casing. Is there a way to show a frame (and/or sill) at the base of the window with casing below WITHOUT having a sill bisect the casing? It seems that if I change the Library part to Stud Wall I am able to do what I want. However, this messes up the look and dimensions of my window frame and makes a much less realistic looking window frame.
