how to recess my window jamb into cladding a tiny bit

as in attachment shows, i want to recess my jamb into cladding a bit, so the light concrete wall cladding protrudes further than inner timber wall (about 10mm). how could we do that?
black photo is what i wanted, and white photo is my problem needs attention.
