Window casing incorrectly overlapping window frame

I am dropping standard library windows into stud wall with siding. When I turn the casing options on ,the casing overlaps towards the center of the window, not towards the exterior. Changing the casing size or the offset doesn't change the direction.

See attached image. You can see the Window 1-05 settings are 4" casing with 1" offset. You can see how it displays incorrectly in plan (this also displays incorrectly in elevation and 3D). This happens on casements, sliders, fixed windows - does not seem to be limited to one type . Window 1-06 does display the casing correctly.

Please help. This wasn't always the case and I'm not sure how to control this. Other windows in the model work correctly, but I don't see where the settings are different.
