Window with different width up and down

Is it possible to create a window that looks like the picture to the left from the windows in the standard library?

I would preferably like to avoid to create a custom shape window. I got a window that looks like the picture to the right in my library and it would be perfect if it was possible to rotate it, but i guess that's not possible?
