Actually i need to work on layers. In that i need to hide a perticular element insted of all at a time. Ex: i need to hide a perticular wall insted all walls at a time.

Doors don't have their own layers - they belong to the wall they're inserted in.
Workaround:
Create an empty opening for the door. Place a wall (on a different layer) that fits in the opening. Place the door in this wall. Turn off this layer as you like.
