I have problem with creating a custom win-niche in archicad (different shapes). First I create it as slab then I save it as (gsm) as window object and I changed the 2D symbol to be look as I need in the plan (I need it to be looks clean in the plan as part of the wall) but the problem is when I insert the niche there are 2 lines appear on the side of it (in the plan) which makes it looks like different object not part of the wall. And also I need the hatch of it –in the plan- to be changed automatically if I changed the hatch of the wall (like w-niche in the archicad library) how can I do it?

Why don't you use the niche rectangular object out of the special openings folder?

But I have different shapes and depths and I need it to be one piece to be easy to move it.

In order for the plan fill of the niche to match the fill of the wall, you would need to write a 2D Script for the niche, rather than modifying the 2D Symbol. In the 2D Script, you can request from ArchiCAD the fill of the wall the niche (window or door part) is in, then use this to write code for a fill pattern to match the wall. This will take some understanding of GDL.
The problem of the 2 lines is similar, but ArchiCAD changed how this is handled between versions 9 & 10, and you did not post your version.

If you are doing your niche with a slab, make sure that the slab has WALLNICHE ID.

Or, if sending the whole Archicad file, save as archive - that will pick up all of the used library parts and the other person can also use them.
