door leaf not matching nominal sizes

I'm having a hard time understanding the door tool. The modelled element does not seem to match the nominal sizes and tolerances that I have input.

There appears to be 30mm being subtracted from the door leaf height somewhere that I cannot find for the life of me.

Additionally, when I try to change just the leaf dimensions it automatically changes all of the other height dimensions under the 'Nominal sizes and tolerance' tab in the door settings.

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It looks like you have a 30mm undercut set?

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I want that there. But even if I remove it, there is still a 30mm discrepancy between the door leaf height in the settings and the dimensioned height in elevation.

Apologies MitchD, it appears you are correct and that is where the extra 30mm is.

I guess my next question is, why is the threshold included in the door leaf height? The door leaf starts above the threshold

there is a separate threshold section, does that give you the correct results?

No, that just adds a solid threshold element to the door. Makes no difference to the door leaf height.
