what is the best way to create glass doors Without any frame?

If you mean like a shower screen door then you could use an actual object for a shower screen or you could use a thin wall with glass material assigned to it.

I use the Commercial door and select the glass door option and place it within a 1" thick glass wall.

The door frames are set to 1/8" all around
