More information is needed, what are you trying to accomplish? There might be other methods that don't require knowledge of GDL.

i want to take a picture with camera for example a book. and convert in to gdl object and use in archicad.
1. Try the Picture 11 object, which can display an image file that has been added to the loaded libraries.
2. Create a slab the size of the book, make the top material of the slab a new material that has your image assigned as its Texture (at the correct size), then Align 3D Texture to get it started at the right spot.
3. If you want to go the GDL route, then the command you need is PICTURE, you can study its variables in the AC11 GDL Reference Guide. For an example of its use, open the Picture 11 object.
For the 3ds file, search this forum, it is a frequently asked question.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
