I know the DDGI Smart Parts doors do that, available from Objects Online.
I do not think any of the doors that come with Archicad do that.

I am having some difficulties finding out how to make doors open in a fly-through. Is this not possibly with the doors coming with the program?

This is also doable with ArchiCAD's standard doors. Firstly you will need to add a few lines of code in the door's GDL script. You can find the variables list, that you need to add to the door, in your Help menu of ArchiCAD. GDL Reference guide -----> Miscellaneous ------> Fly-through information. Then you will need to check the "Rebuild after every frame" check box in your create fly through dialog.
That's it! Now I'm no GDL expert so I may have missed a step or two

Cheers.

This would be a good feature to add to all doors in the SE library.

hmm, I belive I have found the script, but I am not sure where to put it. When I open the gdl script of the door (file - gdl objects - open object) I don't know what to do. If any should know something please reply.... I have attached a .pdf of the scripts I have found...
thanx for the inputs so far....

Almost every question has been answered in the past ... so do use the Search function of the forum with the 'match all words' option.
I searched for:
"open door" flythrough
and immediately found Laszlo Nagy's tutorial:

This information is also in the old (searchable) escribe archive.😉
Have fun,
Karl
