model view detailed door not showing up...

Not sure what i am missing....why is my door showing as a simple line instead of detail level. i have checked my construction document/model view and the doors are saved as detailed...help!

Does the 'Floor Plan Display' option for the door object make any difference?
i.e. set it as 'Projected with Overhead' rather than 'Symbolic'.

In the Door Settings, look at Wood Internal Door Settings > Door Settings and Opening... > Detail Level > 2D Detail Level, this can be set to "by MVO" or one of the other detail settings so it ignores the MVO.
