You can open them from the Library parts, Open GDL Object dialog.
You could change their subtype to an ordinary object. Do this to a copy only.
changing the subtype could lose some of the vital parameters that make them work with the API that manages them. If you regretted this and changed it back to the original subtype, it might not turn out to be as reversible as you hope.
windows are an example. The API which does the hole cutting etc wouldnt work, and the code would be struggling to work with parameters that might have disappeared when you changed the subtype.
Labels might work better.
doing it to copies and then trying to use them as 'objects' may work in some cases. Worth a try.

Hi
I"m wondering if it's possible to turn zone stamps, section markers, etc. into library parts? They have .gsm file extensions, but we can't see them in the Object Settings dialog - only from the tool that you are going to put them in with.
