Hello, I am having a similar issue.
I have a software full license USA + BIMcloud + BIMx.
I tried re-installing AC 28 but did not work. running Windows Pro 64 , Intel 7i, RAM 64Gb,

I have one of my Codemeter keys updated now, but I took a direct intervention from the Graphisoft NA people to make it happen, and I'll have to wait while they do the same for my second CM key. No wonder they're squeezing us for money - this screwup has to be burning a lot of manhours if they're updating individual keys one at a time 😂
Then, imagine my chagrin when I tried to run the AI Visualizer (that I'd attempted to "hard install" on my MacBook Pro without success), and learned that Perpetual/SSA customers don't "qualify" to use this feature. Sad. Between my SSA and my new 2024 CM key, I've sent them over $6k this year, but I'm still a "second class citizen".

Hello,
I have a problem with license / LMT connection. Archicad 27 is working normally, LMT cannot establish connection to the server. After installing Archicad 28 it doesn't work - cannot find license. What could be sollution to this issue? Thank you in advance.

What response do you want? I don't work for Graphisoft, and technical issues can only be resolved directly with you with their knowledge of your license key number. This is not, nor ever has been a technical support channel.

This is the problem, but connection to internet is normal and also logged in to graphisoft ID.

Hi Barry, I have already tried security update and also contacted local technical support and they are trying to solve the issue now but still with no success. I sent LMT logs to them so they can contact Graphisoft directly with this problem.
