I'm trying to leave a company that I am no longer working with and it wont let me. I get the error "The user has an installed software key". I have no software key downloaded on my computer. The key that I was using was a 6 month lease that had terminated. After it terminated, I was unable to upload it back to the pool.

I suggest raising this issue to your local support. I'm pretty sure that there's a way to free your account from that stuck license.
