ARCHICAD 27 always not responding on Mac after I get education lisence

hello. I have an issue with my archicad 27 ver. for mac M1 after I've got my education lisence and try to open my file, archicad always not responding. how to fix that? thank you.

it's happened too to my archicad 24 ver. after I've got my education lisence, it doesn't work.
