Cannot log in because offline archicad

When I open my application with educational license it tells me that I am offline and cannot sign in. Network works good and hosts file is empty. What could be the matter?

Operating system used: Windows 11

If you go to the https://graphisoftid.graphisoft.com/ website, can you log in there and check your EDU license? Can you find it there? Is it still active? (EDU licenses are valid for one year, normally.)

Yes, it is active and expires on 6/16/2026
