Cannot login to MyArchicad

Hi there,

I've been trying to access the MyArchicad page to get the serial number of my educational license. When the page opens, i click the "login" button, log in using my credentials, and the page returns to the MyArchicad page, apparentelly without me being logged in, as the login button still shows up and my licenses don't appear.

Does anyone have an idea of what's happening?

Dear Tomás,

We are very sorry for the late reply! The issue was a difficult one, so far we couldn't find any lead to this problem yet.

We think that there might be some extension that causes the problem. Did you try incognito mode (hopefully none of the extensions was enabled in incognito mode)?

Hi,

I had tried it when the problem started.

When I tried to login today (without incognito) it worked, so I guess the problem is solved.

Thank you very much for the report! With what Tomás has shared, I'm wondering if you are still having the problem? Can you access any other Graphisoft services, or only signing in through MyArchicad is affected?
