Commercial Trial Version NO serial number and NO user id

I've downloaded the archicad 26 program. I can not use it because I do not have a User ID or Serial Number. 

Now, from reading forums this seems to be a common problem. 

It's been 10 days no registration email. Just an order ID number, and some welcome to BIM let's start learning emails. Which I can't because I can't use the application. 

Graphisoft claims that the 1-month trial license is just downloaded into your computer "in the background". That's very vague. 

If that's so, why is it asking me for the serial number and user id...

Can this problem be resolved? 

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon

Try clicking on the link to 'Obtain Trial License'.

What does that do?

Clicking obtain trial license just sends me back to the page to download the trial. I already downloaded the trial.

The Commercial Trial version is only available for Archicad 27. For this reason, your license will not be active in Archicad 26.

That's the exact same page I just screenshot in my last message! Sounds like you have people running around in circles which I find ridiculous!

You need to install Archicad 27 for the trial. Older versions cannot use the cloud based license.

Hi @Mgaby22,

In accordance to the information shared by @Sefa Yakut and @Markus Denzlinger, we offer trial only for subscription. That means it will run the most up-to-date version and all the others our licensing solution (10duke) is able to manage. Currently it runs only Archicad 27. The availability of trial for Archicad 26 is expected from April 10, 2024, and for Archicad 28, from October 4, 2024.
