Explore Mode????

I use ArchiCAD student version at school, and when I use it at home I cant use the explore mode in the 3D perspective view. Its grayed out now. Any advice to unlocking it?

is it perspective mode? or parallel view?

Alright I got it working, your tip helped I was in axonometry not perspective.
