Get a license to work with Archicad 16

I am a teacher at one of the universities, because of the sanctions I cannot get a new license key for work.
What should I do in this situation?

If you are a lecturer, I believe you should be able to get a free Education version of the software through My Archicad.

Might be blocked since the request comes from a "sanction country".
