Graphisoft ID and service contracts

Certain content on the Community is accessible only if you have linked your Graphisoft ID to your software service contract (names may vary across countries and markets, e.g. SSA, Forward, ArchiPlus, ArchiCARD).

 

I use a cloud license

• Using a cloud license, you can access and use all service contract related content immediately.

I use a software key

• Using a software key, you have already linked your Graphisoft ID to the software key during activation. If you have not yet activated your software key, proceed as described: Connect Graphisoft ID with license

I use a single-user hardware key

• When using a hardware key, follow this description: Connect Graphisoft ID with license

We use network licenses

• Ask the administrator of the Graphisoft company license pool  to invite your personal Graphisoft ID.
  Follow the instructions in the article Graphisoft ID - Frequently Asked Questions - Manage Company, including "How can I join a Company?"
