I've had an employee leave as of yesterday, and need to cancel one of my ArchiCAD licenses.
Specifically the monthly subscription.
This morning, I signed into the graphisoft dashboard, click through to the purple "store" button.
Upon doing so, I find nothing exists that allows me to manage my subscriptions or check my invoices......
Can anyone dead or alive from Graphisoft help?
As petrol hit $3.60 a litre here in NZ and I'm trying to save some dollary doos.
Kind Regards
Anthony

Have you tried contacting Central Innovation?
Barry.

Yes, they could not help as the contracts are with GS directly.
I have lodged a support ticket with GS. But have not seen anything as of yet.

If you hear nothing back from Graphisoft and you have automatic payments set up, is it an option to tell your bank to cancel the payments?
If Graphisoft are expecting us to handle all of our licensing on-line through the store, then surely we should expect that the store system works.
Whether we sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription, we need a way to cancel the payments when we no longer need the license.
Particularly with the monthly license as that will be a more on demand requirement, and you will be paying a premium for that privilege.
Barry.

Dear Anthony,
Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Our Support team contacted you directly via your original request yesterday. They have confirmed that your monthly subscription will not renew automatically at the next renewal date, so no further action is needed from your side. Opening a support ticket is the most effective way for us to properly review and handle your request.
Best regards,
Niki
